Who is Corganize not for?

Corganize will not be equally useful for every company. It delivers the most value when there is genuinely knowledge to transfer and a team that needs to work more independently with that knowledge.

If you work alone and never plan to hire anyone

The biggest benefits of the system are knowledge transfer, onboarding and trackable assignment. If you intend to remain a one-person business long term, you would only use part of what Corganize offers.

If your first hire is already on the horizon, however, it makes sense to start documenting before they arrive. That way, the new employee does not have to start extracting knowledge from your head on their first day.

If you expect live Drive or Notion synchronisation

Corganize does not continuously mirror changes from Drive or Notion. You bring content in through file, folder or export uploads and manage it in Corganize afterwards.

If you are only looking for a live view on top of your existing Drive or Notion setup, Corganize is not designed for that.

If you expect a built-in screen recorder

At the moment, recordings are created with an external tool, such as the built-in recorder on your phone or computer. Corganize processes the finished file.

If you expect complete copy protection

Downloads can be restricted and content can be shown with personalised watermarks, but no system can completely prevent screenshots of content displayed in a browser.

For confidential company knowledge, appropriate permissions and contractual confidentiality remain important alongside technical controls.

If you are not prepared to spend a few minutes on it regularly

Corganize is not a one-off project that you build and then abandon. It works best when everyday questions, new processes and changes continuously become part of the company knowledge base.

You do not need to spend hours on it. The goal is that a few minutes spent documenting something now saves far more time later, because the same thing no longer needs to be explained repeatedly.
