How does my company’s knowledge get into Corganize?
Most companies do not lack knowledge. The problem is that it is scattered across documents, old messages and the heads of experienced employees.
Corganize therefore gives you several ways to turn that into a usable knowledge base.
1. Upload what you already have
You can upload Word and PDF files, including whole folders, while keeping the existing folder structure. If you use Notion, you can import its “Markdown & CSV” export ZIP. Images inside Word documents are imported too.
This is the fastest way to bring the knowledge you already have into one place.
2. Write it in the editor
The built-in editor supports text, images, video, lists, warnings and check questions.
If all you have is a rough note, email or old piece of text, AI formatting can turn it into a cleaner, more readable document.
3. Explain it, and let Corganize write it
This is one of the biggest differences compared with a traditional knowledge base. You do not necessarily have to sit down and write the documentation yourself.
- From audio. Explain into your phone how you carry out a task. Corganize turns it into an organised, step-by-step, searchable draft document.
- From a screen recording. Record yourself carrying out the task on your computer. The system uses the visible steps to create a draft process document, and if you speak while recording, it can use that too.
You can make the recording with any tool. Corganize processes the finished file.
What happens after processing?
Content created by AI is always a draft. It is never automatically published to your team.
You review it, edit it and decide when it becomes official company content. AI speeds up documentation, while control over the final content remains with you.
The processing job is queued, and you receive a notification in the platform and by email when it is ready.
How long does it take to get started?
You do not need a weeks-long implementation project. Once your existing files are uploaded, you can have content ready to assign on day one.
The knowledge base does not need to be built all at once. It grows with your day-to-day work. Every recurring question, process or explanation can become a reusable document for the future.
