How is Corganize different from Google Drive or Notion?

The short answer is that Drive and Notion are excellent for storing information. Corganize is designed to turn that information into a working onboarding and knowledge-transfer system.

The difference is not simply where a document lives, but what happens to it afterwards.

What can Drive and Notion do that Corganize can also do?

Corganize also gives you a flexible folder structure using your own naming, up to six levels deep. You do not have to force the way your company works into a predefined course structure.

We deliberately kept that flexibility. The system should adapt to your business, not the other way around.

What can Corganize do that Drive and Notion cannot?

Show you where each person is. You can assign part of the knowledge base as an onboarding plan and see which day each employee has reached, what they have completed and how they performed on the check questions.

Measure and document knowledge transfer. Important policies can be issued with an acknowledgement request, so later you do not have to rely on memory to work out who received them.

Turn audio and video into usable documentation. An uploaded recording does not just remain a file. Corganize can turn it into a step-by-step, searchable draft process document.

Search the content itself. Employees can ask questions in natural language and receive answers based on your own company knowledge base, with source references.

Does that mean I have to stop using Drive?

No. For many companies, Drive or Notion can remain an important part of everyday work.

You can upload existing Word and PDF materials in entire folders, and import the “Markdown & CSV” export ZIP from Notion. Corganize is not a live sync. Content used for onboarding is uploaded into the platform and then managed as controlled, stable company knowledge.
