What are AI credits, and how many do I need?

Credits are the unit used for AI processing. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets at the beginning of each month and is available from the first day of the trial.

What uses credits?

Credits are used when AI creates content: writing a process document from video or audio, formatting unstructured text into a document, or suggesting check questions. The monthly allowance increases with each plan level.

What happens if I run out?

The operation does not start, and we tell you exactly how many credits you are missing. You can top up credits with a one-off purchase, and purchased credits do not expire. Your monthly allowance is used first, followed by your purchased balance.

Is asking questions really free?

Yes. Employees can ask the AI assistant as many questions as they like about the knowledge base without using credits. Credits are only used when AI creates content.
