How much does Corganize cost?
Corganize is available in three monthly plans based on team size. You do not need to choose different packages for different features. The same full feature set is available on all three plans, including AI.
Prices exclude VAT.

With annual billing, you get two months free: Starter £290 / year, Basic £790 / year, Premium £1,990 / year.
What is the difference between the plans?
Only the usage limits: the number of employees you can add, storage and the monthly AI credit allowance.
The knowledge base, onboarding, AI processing, document vault, training records, acknowledgements, public help centre and internal messaging are all available even on the smallest plan.
Who counts towards the user limit?
Active employees and invitations that are still pending.
Once you mark someone as having left, they no longer take up a paid seat. Their previous progress and accepted acknowledgements remain archived.
What if we have more than 50 people?
For teams of more than 50 people, we offer a custom arrangement. Contact us and we will tailor it to your team size.
Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free plan.
