Notion is very good for internal notes and documentation. Corganize adds more at the point where knowledge needs to be transferred to specific people in a defined order, with progress and understanding that can be tracked.

For example: who received the material, which day they are on, whether they completed it, how they performed on the check questions and whether they acknowledged an important policy.

You can import Notion content from an export ZIP. Notion can therefore remain the team’s note taking tool, while Corganize becomes the place for structured knowledge transfer and onboarding.
