Internal messages: keep the question where the answer belongs
Corganize includes internal chat so questions that come up during onboarding do not disappear into email, Messenger or a separate app. They stay in the same place as the knowledge base and onboarding plan.
Who can message whom?
Employees can message their trainer and managers. Managers can message each other and any employee. Conversations are private rather than shared channels, so an onboarding question remains between the relevant people.
What happens if someone is not online?
The message does not get missed. If the recipient is not in the system, they receive an email a few minutes later telling them that someone has messaged them, with a short preview. At most one email per conversation is sent per hour to avoid flooding inboxes. The full message remains in Corganize, not in email.
Why is Messenger or WhatsApp not enough?
Because the answer gets lost there. In Corganize, an answer from an internal conversation can be turned into a knowledge base document in one step, so the same question does not need to be answered again next time. Chat is not where company knowledge should live. It is one route for getting useful knowledge into the knowledge base.
Can internal messaging be turned off?
Yes. Employees can mute their own conversations and disable email notifications in their profile. The owner can also disable chat for the whole company in Settings if they do not want to use it.
