Yes. For many companies, the hardest part is not writing the documentation. It is deciding where to start.

Through one off consultancy, we can review which processes are critical, which knowledge depends too heavily on one person and what order makes sense when passing information to a new employee.

A session is typically one to two hours online. You do not leave with generic advice. You receive a concrete priority list showing what should be documented and in what order.
