What should I do in the first five minutes?

You do not arrive in an empty system. A short introduction guides you through the main areas, and example content shows you what a finished knowledge base and onboarding plan look like.

1. View the example as an employee

You can complete the sample onboarding exactly as a new employee would see it. It contains two lessons and takes only a few minutes. This is the quickest way to understand what your team will experience.

2. Upload what you already have

Use folder upload in the Knowledge Base to bring in your existing Word and PDF files. What was previously scattered can be collected in one place quickly. You can delete the example content afterwards with one click.

3. Explain one process

Choose something people have asked you about repeatedly this week. Explain it into your phone for two minutes, upload the audio and see what Corganize creates from it. This is often the moment when the difference becomes clear.

4. Invite your first employee

One email address, one click. Assign them a folder or a short onboarding plan and see their progress.

How long does setup take?

The basics take minutes. From there, the knowledge base grows continuously with a few minutes of work each day. Every question you answer can become a document that does not need to be explained again next time.
