What does AI do in Corganize, and what does it not do?
In Corganize, AI does not take over professional decisions. We use it where it can genuinely save time: creating first drafts, structuring rough material and helping people find company knowledge quickly.
You always keep final control.
What it does
Creates process documents from recordings. It turns audio or screen recordings into organised, step-by-step draft documents, so you do not have to start from a blank page when you already know how to explain the process verbally.
Organises rough text. It can turn an old email, note or copied text into a structured, easier-to-read document.
Answers questions from the knowledge base. Employees can ask questions in natural language, and the answer is based on your own company documents, with source references.
Suggests check questions. It can create question suggestions from finished training content, which you can then choose from when building your checks.
What it does not do
It does not publish content for you. AI-generated content remains a draft until you review and publish it.
It does not invent how your company works. Onboarding is built from your processes, policies and documents.
It does not record anything itself. You create the audio or screen recording with your own device, and Corganize processes the finished file.
It does not use your company knowledge base to build content for other companies. Knowledge bases are separated by company.
How much does AI usage cost?
Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance measured in credits. The allowance resets each month and is available during the trial as well.
Asking questions against the knowledge base does not use credits. Credits are used when AI creates or processes new content, for example from audio, video or unstructured text.
If you use up your monthly allowance, you can buy additional credits. Purchased credits do not expire. You can find the exact allowances in the “Pricing and trial” category.
