Can I use my own domain?

Yes, in two ways.

The system address

By default, your company accesses the system at yourcompany.corganize.com. You can also connect your own domain, for example knowledge.yourcompany.com. This requires a CNAME record with your domain provider, and we handle the secure HTTPS certificate. The original Corganize address continues to work as well.

The public help centre address

If you use a public help centre, it can have its own separate domain, for example help.yourcompany.com. This also uses a CNAME record, and we handle the certificate. In this setup, the help centre appears entirely under your own domain and the Corganize name does not appear in the address.

Do I need an IT specialist?

Setting up a DNS record is usually a short task in your domain provider’s control panel. Settings includes step-by-step instructions and a “Verify” button that tells you whether everything is configured correctly. If you get stuck, contact us and we will help.
