What is Corganize, and who is it for?

Corganize is an onboarding and company knowledge platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It helps you move the knowledge your company needs to operate out of people’s heads, old emails and scattered folders, and into one organised, usable place.

It does more than simply store documents. You can assign knowledge as an onboarding plan, track progress, check understanding with questions, and keep a searchable record of who acknowledged important policies and when.

An email address and whatever materials you already have.

You can upload Word and PDF files, including entire folders. If important knowledge has not been written down yet, you can record yourself explaining it or make a screen recording. Corganize AI can turn these into an editable draft process document that you only need to review and publish.

How much does it cost?

You start with a 5-day trial for a nominal fee, which gives you access to the full system. After that, you can choose a monthly plan based on team size, with the same feature set available in every plan.
