Where is my data stored, and who can access it?

Where do you store it?

The database and uploaded files are hosted in Hetzner data centres. Uploaded media is stored in encrypted storage.

Who can see my company’s data?

Only users within your company, according to their permissions. Company data is separated at database level, so a query cannot technically return another company’s data. This is not simply a filter in the interface. It is enforced by the database itself.

Corganize staff cannot see your company content unless you explicitly grant time-limited access in Settings for troubleshooting.

Who is the data controller?

Your company. We act as the data processor under the terms set out in the appendix to our Terms and Conditions. We process your employees’ personal data, such as name, email address and progress, on your instructions.

Where is the data physically located?

Our hosting partner is Hetzner, and your data is stored across multiple data centres in more than one country. We have data-processing agreements with external providers that may have access to your data. The full list is available in the Privacy Policy.

What happens to my data if I leave?

On request, we export your content and then delete it. Backups created around the time of deletion are automatically destroyed after 30 days.
