That is a reasonable concern. We did not build the system so that AI can make decisions about your company processes without oversight.

In Corganize, AI creates drafts. Material produced from audio, video or rough text only becomes an official document after you have reviewed and published it.

When employees ask questions, answers are generated from your own company documents and include source references. If the information needed is not in the knowledge base, the system tells them that.

The role of AI here is not to somehow “know” how your company works. Its job is to shorten the time needed to create a first draft and make existing company knowledge faster to find.
