How do I pay, and how do I receive invoices?

Payment

By bank card, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Your card details are held by Stripe and do not come to us. Annual billing includes two months free.

Invoices

An invoice is generated automatically for every charge and can be downloaded as a PDF at any time from Settings → Subscription. Billing details such as company name, address and tax number are updated in Stripe so the same information is not maintained in two different places.

Changing plan

You can move to a larger plan at any time if you reach your user or storage limit. Your existing content remains available even after a limit is reached. Only new creation is paused, with a clear message, until you upgrade.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time with one click from Settings → Subscription. The system remains available until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

Who receives billing notifications?

Billing-related messages, for example if a payment fails, are sent to the owner. You can also add additional notification addresses, typically your accountant’s.

Currency

Hungarian companies are billed in forints, while international customers are billed in pounds sterling. The currency is determined by the language set in the company profile.
