Knowledge base: the home of your company knowledge

The knowledge base is a searchable, folder-based knowledge system. It is where you keep everything the company needs to know: processes, policies, guides and templates.

How is it organised?

With folders, just like on your computer, using your own naming and up to six levels deep. There is no prescribed structure. You can rearrange documents by dragging them and rename folders at any time.

What can a document contain?

Blocks such as text, images, video, lists, warning boxes and check questions. The editor is simple, so you do not have to spend time formatting. Every document has version history, allowing you to see who changed what and when, and restore an earlier version if needed.

Who can see what?

People see what you assign to them. Share a folder with an employee or group and the whole branch becomes available to them, including new documents added to that folder later. There is no separate permissions matrix to maintain.

How do people search it?

In two ways. Traditional search covers document titles and text. The AI assistant also lets employees ask natural-language questions such as “How do I issue a credit note?”, with answers based on your own documents and linked back to the source. Asking questions does not use credits.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The knowledge base can be read and searched on a phone, so employees can find the answer even when they are away from a desk.
