Turn recordings into process documents: audio and video
One of Corganize’s strongest features is that you do not have to write down everything you know. Explain it or record yourself doing it, and AI creates a draft document from the recording.
From audio
Explain into your phone how you do something, as if you were talking to a new colleague. Upload the recording and Corganize turns it into an organised, step-by-step, searchable document with headings and lists. Recordings can be up to 30 minutes long and use 1 credit for each started 10-minute block.
From a screen recording
Record yourself carrying out the task on your computer. It works even without narration: the system creates the process document from the steps visible on screen. If you speak while recording, it uses that information too. Recordings can be up to 15 minutes long and cost a fixed 10 credits.
What do I use to record it?
Anything. Your phone’s voice recorder, your computer’s built-in screen recorder or any external software. Corganize processes the finished file and does not currently include a built-in recorder.
How long does processing take?
The job enters a processing queue and you receive a notification in the platform and by email a few minutes later when it is ready. You can carry on with other work in the meantime.
What is the result?
A draft. It is not automatically shown to anyone. You review it, make any changes and publish it yourself. The company remains responsible for the process document, not the AI, so the final decision is always yours.
