Import existing materials: Word, PDF and Notion
If something is already written down, you do not need to write it again. Your existing files can be uploaded and turned into documents inside the knowledge base.
Word and PDF
Upload them individually or as a whole folder. The folder structure is retained, and images from Word documents are imported too. The files become editable documents, not just attachments.
Notion
Export your Notion workspace as “Markdown & CSV” and upload the ZIP file. Pages become documents and the page structure becomes folders.
Unstructured text
If the content is messy, for example a copied email or an old note, AI formatting can turn it into a structured document with headings, lists and clearer sections. This costs 4 credits per document.
What happens after the import?
Imported documents receive an “imported” label until someone reviews them. This makes it easy to see which content has not yet been checked. The label disappears after the first edit.
Is there a live connection to Drive or Notion?
No. Content is transferred by upload and then lives inside Corganize. If the source changes, you need to upload it again. This is intentional: onboarding content should remain stable and should not change simply because someone renamed a folder in Drive.
